Social Impact

Anadolu Isuzu reaches every segment of society and every point of commerce through its vehicles that undertake various tasks in the cycle of life and commerce. Driven by this simple fact, Anadolu Isuzu considers social responsibility activities as an important complement to its corporate identity. Anadolu Isuzu carries out social responsibility activities to improve the welfare of individuals and to create sustainable value for society. The company determinedly supports social development through the collaborations it develops. Volunteerism is at the center of the carried-out social responsibility activities.

Travelling Library Project

Since 2015, Anadolu Isuzu has been bringing primary school students together with books in underprivileged areas of Izmir with its vehicle, which it converted into a library as part of a project developed in collaboration with the Cevdet İnci Foundation. With the Travelling Library project, Anadolu Isuzu provides the opportunity to take books to different schools and reach over 130,000 people, especially primary school students in regions with limited access to educational opportunities. The Travelling Library currently serves 13 schools in the Karabağlar region with the support of the Karabağlar District Governorship, Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Karabağlar District Directorate of National Education and Karabağlar District Public Library.

Mentor Project for Million Women

The Million Women Mentor Program, which aims to bring together young women between the ages of 15-25 working in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields and industry leaders on a digital platform, is supported by the contributions of 20 Anadolu Isuzu employees. By supporting the Million Women Mentor Program, 20 Anadolu Isuzu employees, who are experts and professionals in their fields, share their experiences with 15 female STEM students and shed light on their careers. Through this way, they are allowed to touch the lives of young women who are studying, working or planning to work in the STEM field, to create benefits for them and thus to influence transformation on a larger scale.

Make a Promise for the Future Scholarship Fund

A TRY 150,000 scholarship fund was provided by making necklaces in Ayşe Arman's goodness necklace workshop to make a stronger future possible for our successful and needy young people, through participation in the Promise to the Future Scholarship Program event organized by Sabancı University.
