“Transforming our World: 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda” agreement which has been adopted by 193 members of United Nations on 25 September 2015 consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets.
17 Sustainable Development Goals put forward a wide sustainability agenda which went beyond Millennium Development Goals. These goals aim at finding solution to primary reasons of poverty and provide development for everyone as a universal need. Global consensus around the SDG highlights a significant milestone to steer our earth to a more comprehensive and sustainable growth path.
