With its healthy and strong financial structure, Turkey's commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu received a long-term national credit rating of AA (tr) from the international credit rating agency JCR Eurasia. The outlook for the rating, which previously was at A and upgraded to AA (tr) in the assessment dated 27 July 2022, has been confirmed as stable.
Among the points taken into account in the evaluation made by JCR Eurasia, Anadolu Isuzu's increase in sales volume on unit bases and upward trend in revenue, improvement in profitability metrics thanks to its strong EBITDA generation capacity, net debt/EBITDA ratio that has strengthened over the years, positive net working capital in the last four years and satisfactory liquidity structure have been highlighted. Currency risk management by utilizing derivative instruments effectively for hedge purposes and hard-currency income generation capacity by high export sales volume, operational strength and proven track record in various countries of main shareholders and the synergy created was also emphasized in the evaluation.
The AA (tr) rating is considered the third highest on the credit rating scale, confirming that Anadolu Isuzu has a very strong capacity to meet its financial obligations.

The fact that our company received the Long-Term National Issuer Credit Rating of AA tr, which represents a very high credit quality, in the rigorous evaluation made by the reputable credit rating agency JCR Eurasia, is an important indicator of these achievements.”
