Anadolu Isuzu signed a deal to sell 450 vehicles to Taiwan

Anadolu Isuzu signed a five-year sales agreement for 450 vehicles with Taiwan-based Taipei Triangle Motors. First lot of the vehicles as part of the €47.7 million deal will be delivered to Taipei Triangle Motors, which is also Isuzu Japan’s Taiwan distributor, in 2021.

Anadolu Isuzu, continuing on its path toward expanding and strengthening its presence in international markets, signed a sales agreement worth €47.7 million with Taiwan-based Taipei Triangle Motors. As part of the deal, Anadolu Isuzu will deliver 450 Isuzu Citiport Diesel buses in the 2021 - 2025 period to Taipei Triangle Motors, a DAH CHONG HONG HOLDINGS company and Isuzu’s largest distributor in Asia. The Isuzu Citiport Diesel vehicles will be manufactured to comply with Taiwanese regulations.

Turkey’s first bus sales to  Taiwan

The agreement, which was signed online due to Coronavirus measures, is Turkey’s first bus sales deal with Taiwan. Isuzu Citiport, manufactured at the Anadolu Isuzu plant in Turkey and the winner of the “Comfort & Ergonomics” label at Busworld 2015, won the “Gold A’Design Award” in the world-renowned A’Design Award & Competition in 2018, confirming its design as well as its comfort. Citiport features a sliding line plate on the side that enhances visibility while its spacious interior, designed with durable materials offers passengers maximum comfort in public transportation.
