Isuzu, a leading global commercial vehicle manufacturer, asserts itself once again in the pickup truck segment with the all-new D-Max, which aims to meet varying customer expectations and needs with four different equipment levels. The “V-Go” equipment level is designed to all basic requirements while “V-Life” is for people who will drive the D-Max for both work and personal use. On the other hand, “V-Joy” and especially “V-Cross” are designed for those who want to experience driving pleasure and the comfort of an upper segment vehicle. With the V-Cross variant, the all-new D-Max aims to turn a new page in its class by offering features beyond the customers’ dreams.
The all-new D-Max comes with a more impressive look than previous models. The new look of D-Max is characterized with modern lines that break the conventions of interior and exterior design in commercial vehicles. The changes that the slogan “Reimagined. Redefined. Restyled.” represents are limited to the exterior design features. The novelties include a more efficient engine with better performance, an improved chassis to enhance vehicle safety and toughness, a new suspension structure and larger brakes along with vehicle systems. All of these changes resulted in higher wading depth of 800mm in all D-Max variants. In addition to improved approach and departure angles, the vehicle also offers better fuel consumption.
Tuğrul Arıkan, General Manager, Anadolu Isuzu, addressed the media at the online launch event of the third-generation Isuzu D-Max, and noted that D-Max is completely reimagined, redefined and restyled with Isuzu’s technological expertise and ability to anticipate needs, taking the vehicle to the next level: “We had taken a break from the pickup truck segment for about a year as we awaited the arrival of the new model, and now we are making an impressive return to the market with the new D-Max. Today, we are introducing the third generation of D-Max, which debuted in 2002. It has been worth the wait and we are excited to present the all-new D-Max.”
The All-new D-Max is Characterized with Bold and Intelligent Features

With an enhanced engine, improved response time, lower fuel consumption and better performance, the all-new D-Max received raving reviews in the markets where it is offered. Design is absolutely important, but there are also major upgrades in vehicle features and equipment. The 800mm wading depth available in all variants and the differential lock added to the 4X4 variants are particularly appealing to off-road fans. Safety is key. Adaptive cruise control, rear radar, rain and light sensors, blind spot detection, stereo camera and the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) take driving safety to new levels. Other features include 9-inch touchscreen multimedia, wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity and a dual-zone digital air conditioner.
