Anadolu Isuzu Celebrated 30th Anniversary

Anadolu Isuzu, the first Turkish-Japanese partnership in the automotive sector, celebrated its 30th anniversary with a ceremony which was held in Istanbul.  Anadolu Group Honorary Chairman Kamil Yazıcı, CEO of Anadolu Group Tuncay Özilhan, Anadolu Isuzu Chairman of Board Kamil Eser, Isuzu Vice President of Japan Takanobu Furuta, Itochu Japan senior manager Naoya So attended to the ceremony.

The chairman of the board, Mr. Kamil Eser, addressed the guests in the ceremony. He stated that being one of the executives who took part in almost every phases of the partnership process with Isuzu Motors he was probably more exiceted than anyone else. Mr. Tuncay Özilhan, the CEO of Anadolu Group, also addressed the guests at the ceremony. Mr Özilhan pointed out that, as Anadolu Group, they always followed the principle to create additional value in every field they have been concentrated.  “Today”, he continued, “when we see all the success achieved by Anadolu Isuzu so far, it once more proves us how correct was the decision we made to go for this partnership 30 years ago”.

Gala night continued with a  Japanese tradition Daruma ceremony which is a  a symbol of good luck in Japan. CEO of Anadolu Group Mr. Özilhan, Isuzu Japan Vice President Takanobu Furuta and Itochu of Japan senior manager Naoya So painted "Daruma"s  eyes for Anadolu Isuzu’s new achievements.
