Anadolu Isuzu Expands the Scope of 'Service Clinic' for Customer Groups

Anadolu Isuzu is expanding the scope of its "Service Clinic" practices, implemented for after-sales services. Enabling face-to-face contact with customer groups, the service allows direct receipt of demands and expectations regarding the brand. Through'Service Clinic', Anadolu Isuzu technical team also checks the vehicles of Isuzu customers. The service, offering privileges, will continue throughout 2024 at home and abroad.

Anadolu Isuzu is accelerating its efforts within the "Service Clinic" project, that was implemented for improving the quality of after-sales service. Bringing together various Isuzu customer groups including municipalities, fleets and cooperatives with Anadolu Isuzu authorities;the service covers Anadolu Isuzu customers in Turkey,as well as abroad. The Anadolu Isuzu team, finalizing last year with the meeting organized in Urfa, held the first "Service Clinic" meeting of 2024 in Lithuania in the first week of February. Anadolu Isuzu's expert engineers and teams checked numerous vehicles at various locations. The "Service Clinic" meetings will continue to serve Isuzu customers throughout the year at many locations in Turkey and abroad.

 

The Service Clinic service, which stands to be one of the most comprehensive practices in 2024, aims to keep customer satisfaction at maximum level, while at the same time listening the demands, needs, and expectations of Anadolu Isuzu customers directly, without any intermediaries. In addition, the Anadolu Isuzu technical team will also carry out a general examination of the vehicles of the customers and provide instant solutions to possible malfunctions within the scope of the Service Clinic.
