Anadolu Isuzu was deemed worthy of an award in the category of  “Benefit Creators for Women” in the "Joint Future" award event organized by the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TİSK). The company was awarded for its "Vocational Development Program" project supporting the professional development and qualified employment of women in the automotive sector.

Turkey's commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu was deemed worthy of the "Benefit Creators for Women" award in the "Joint Future" award program organized by TİSK (Turkish Confederation of Employers Associations) for its efforts to support women in business life. Anadolu Isuzu was awarded in the category of "Diversity and Inclusion" for its "Vocational Development Program" project, which aims to increase the professional development and employment of women in the automotive industry. The “Benefit Creators for Women” Award is given to sustainable projects that support women's employment and entrepreneurship, carry out studies for gender equality, and are implemented to empower women in business life.

Anadolu Isuzu implemented the Vocational Development Program based on the automotive industry's need for a qualified workforce with technical knowledge and skills, and the fact that the labor force participation rate of women in automotive production is only 6.8%. Half of the participants that the Vocational Development program will bring to the sector were selected from women in line with Anadolu Isuzu's goal of contributing to gender equality. While contributing to the employment of women in the production areas needed with the project, Anadolu Isuzu has  also underlined the fact that women can work at every stage of production.
